How ReCloud works
A short guide to how we deploy agents, connect them to your tools, and keep your data secure. For anything not covered here, reach out — we're happy to walk you through it.
Open-source foundations
Every agent in the catalog is built on a public template — a Dify DSL, an n8n workflow, or a Claude Agent Skill. Each agent's source badge links to the upstream repo and declares its license. We honor those licenses and never strip attribution.
Connecting your tools
Agents connect to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Gmail, Notion, Jira and more via secure OAuth. Tokens are scoped to exactly what the agent needs and never leave your tenant.
Deployment flow
Pick agents from the catalog, we tune them to your policies and templates, then go live with a human-in-the-loop. Once you're confident, hand more of the workflow to the agent. Typical pilot goes live in days.
Security & data handling
Agents run in your environment. We don't store the documents agents process. Live demos on this site are sandboxed, rate-limited, and use sample data only — never send confidential information to a demo.
Frequently asked
Do I need an AI or engineering team?
No. We handle the deployment, OAuth setup, policy tuning and maintenance. Your team interacts with agents through the tools they already use, like Slack or Teams.
Where does my data go?
Agents run in your tenant and connect to your tools via OAuth. We don't store the documents or messages agents process beyond what's needed to complete a task.
Can I customize an agent?
Yes. Every agent is tuned to your policies and templates during onboarding. Team and Enterprise plans include custom agents and integrations.
What does a live demo actually run?
Flagship agents marked “Live demo” run on a sandboxed execution layer with sample data, so you can see real output before deploying anything.
Is there lock-in?
No. Agents are based on open-source templates, billing is monthly, and you can unplug any integration at any time.
