RECLOUD PTE. LTD. ("ReCloud", "we", "our") operates recloud.work. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our site or use our services.

Information we collect

Contact information

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email, company name (optional) and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule demos.

Usage logs

We log IP addresses, user agents and request patterns for rate limiting, security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Live demos

When you try a flagship agent's live demo, your input is sent to the agent execution layer (Dify) via our API. We do not store demo inputs or outputs beyond the session. Demo usage is rate-limited per IP.

How we use your information

• To respond to contact inquiries and schedule demos
• To provide live agent demos where available
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

Data retention

Contact form submissions are delivered via email (Resend) and optionally posted to Slack. We do not store them in a database. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

We use the following third-party services:

• Dify — agent execution for live demos. See Dify Privacy Policy.
