By accessing recloud.work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Services

ReCloud provides a catalog of AI agents for office workflows and offers deployment, integration and support services. The catalog and live demos are provided for evaluation purposes. Commercial use of agents requires a separate agreement.

Live demos

Where available, you may try flagship agents via live demos. Demos are rate-limited and intended for evaluation only. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal data. We do not guarantee demo availability or uptime.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding and documentation are © 2026 RECLOUD PTE. LTD.. Agent templates in the catalog are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (Apache-2.0, MIT, Fair-code, etc.) as noted in each agent's source badge. We honor and link to the upstream repositories.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Submit malicious, illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the site or demos
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

Disclaimer

The site and demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that agents will meet your requirements or that demos will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECLOUD PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demos.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
